- Upon receipt of the deposit, your reservation will be formally confirmed.
- Upon confirmation of your reservation, a contract will be transmitted to all individuals via email for their review and signature.
- Please note that if payment is not received within 12 hours of initiating a bank transfer, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
- In the event that the reservation holder's name and the payer's name are not identical, please contact us promptly.

Change reservation
- By default, you cannot change your reservation.
- After canceling the reservation, you have to make a reservation again and a cancellation fee will be charged the same, so please make a careful reservation.
